October is one of my favorite months of the year because there are so many things going on in Central Florida. I’ve already mentioned the numerous Pride celebrations, with the largest event being Orlando Pride, which is coming up next week. This week, Ocala celebrates Pride, and later this month, Volusia County, Sarasota and Gainesville will have celebrations for their communities as well. That’s not to mention the large number of special events that are coming up, a few of which you’ll see in the column this week. Happy October! Lots of love!
