What's Happening Central Florida

WHCF_Banner_NewHey guys! Let me tell you about what I did this July 4 weekend. I was invited by Visit Philadelphia to cover the 50th anniversary of the first gay civil rights protests in the United States. There were a lot of events honoring the protests, and many important people who contributed to our quest for equality participated, such as Jim Obergefell, Edie Windsor, Bishop Gene Robinson, SSgt. Eric Alva, and Judy and Dennis Shepard. I was honored to meet all of them. (Edie for the second time!) Now, here’s the scoop on some Florida events. Lots of love!
