Five Concert Dates in Florida

Singer-songwriter Jason Mraz has come a long way from the San Diego coffeehouse scene where he was first noticed 15 years ago. In that time, he has sold over 11 million digital singles, won two Grammy Awards, and toured nearly every continent. He’s in the middle of his “YES!” tour right now, and as soon as he wraps up his concert dates in the United Kingdom, he will be playing five concerts for Florida crowds.Jason-Mraz_copy1

Jason Mraz released his first album on a major record label, Waiting for My Rocket to Come, in 2002. We Steal Things. that earned him worldwide mainstream popularity. The single “I’m Yours” went to #1 in six countries, peaked in the Billboard Top Ten, and stayed on the charts for 76 straight weeks, a record at the time. His most recent album, YES!, was released in July 2014 and featured Raining Jane. Not only did they perform with him on the album, they co-wrote many of his songs.

Jason Mraz is well-known for his social advocacy, helping to combat child slavery, promoting nature conservancy, and working toward equality, specifically with regard to the rights of women and the LGBT community. Jason Mraz became the first straight man to be featured on the cover of Instinct Magazine in 2012, when he was recognized for all the work he has done to support LGBT rights.
